  • Part-time, Seasonal This is a part-time, seasonal, position with roughly 25 hours per week available on evening shifts.

Manager of Safety and Security Job Summary :
Oversees the safety and security of the Resort properties. Ensures that a safe and secure environment is maintained. Position is available for full-time and part-time availability.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
Will train, awareness of safety and security fundamentals preferred.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Licenses:
Valid Driver's License Skills:
Must possess excellent communication and guest service skills, must be aware and alert of surroundings and changes in safety and security.
Availability:
Must be able to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Must be in good physical condition, able to stand, climb stairs and ladders and walk throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:
Make regular rounds of the Resort grounds and buildings to ensure that all doors are operational and locked and secured when not in use. Maintain awareness of mechanical equipment, intervene for immediate safety, and call for support action for mechanical malfunctions. Observe, report, and contact appropriate emergency services for assistance with medical, fire and criminal issues occurring on Resort grounds. Complete written reports for any accidents, issues, irregularities, occurrences, or suspect behaviors, etc. Maintain lost and found property in accordance with Resort guidelines and State Laws. Maintain data entry into a computer spread sheet. Respond to guest and employee calls for assistance. Provide transportation to and from other properties for employees when needed. Communicate on telephone and handheld radio daily. Performs other duties as required.
