Manage access control by verifying IDs, guest lists, and ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas. Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, maintaining readiness for medical emergencies. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring external assistance. Enforce loss prevention measures by observing for theft or vandalism and taking appropriate action. Requirements Proven experience in security roles within hospitality, law enforcement, military, or related fields. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Strong surveillance skills with knowledge of CCTV systems and monitoring techniques. Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure. Familiarity with security procedures, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response protocols. Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during shifts. Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations; prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus.
