What You'll Be Doing Supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers. Lead by example while maintaining a professional security presence. Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property. Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgment. Complete accurate reports and documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact between site management and the security team. Ensure officers are following post orders, company policies, and customer service standards. Qualifications At least 2 years of security experience required. Previous supervisory, team lead, military, or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred. Active New York State Security Guard License required. Active New York State Driver's License required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using computers and completing incident reports. Able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift. Reliable transportation is required.
