- to lead a professional security team at one of Long Island's busiest retail destinations.

- + Thursday-Monday (4:00PM to 12:00AM)
- Weekend availability is required.
- What You'll Be Doing
- + Supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers.
+ Lead by example while maintaining a professional security presence.
+ Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property.
+ Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgment.
+ Complete accurate reports and documentation.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact between site management and the security team.
+ Ensure officers are following post orders, company policies, and customer service standards.
- Qualifications
- + At least
- 2 years of security experience
- required. + Previous supervisory, team lead, military, or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred. +
- Active New York State Security Guard License required.
- + •Active New York State Driver's License required.
- + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Comfortable using computers and completing incident reports. + Able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift. + Reliable transportation is required. + Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
