PM How This Role Works:
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional armed presence at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
Possess an armed guard card or license.
Possess a law enforcement officer license.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
