Responsibilities Monitor hotel premises to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety. Conduct regular patrols of the property, including guest areas, service zones, entrances, and exits to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access. Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary to resolve security issues effectively. Manage access control by verifying guest identities and authorizations at entry points. Enforce hotel policies related to loss prevention, conflict management, and guest safety while maintaining a professional demeanor. Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Strong knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and effectively Familiarity with security protocols and procedures relevant to hospitality settings.
