SECURITY OFFICER QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year of security experience required Active New York State Security Guard License Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Reliable transportation required Must be able to work the assigned schedule
SHIFT SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must meet one of the following experience requirements: 1-2 years of supervisory experience , preferably in security or a related field; OR 5 years of security experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, or in a comparable leadership role Additional requirements: Active New York State Security Guard License Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers Comfortable completing reports and using basic computer systems Ability to respond professionally to incidents and emergencies Reliable transportation required Weekend and evening availability required
