As a Driving Unarmed Security Officer at an educational location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an educational location.

Respond to incidents, student-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with direction, access control, and reporting of unusual conditions.

Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
