Job Description

The Outpost Outdoor Resort is seeking a friendly, professional Overnight Security Team Member to help ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay. This role is focused on guest relations first and security second. You'll patrol the property, respond to guest concerns, enforce quiet hours, address excessive noise, and ensure compliance with our no-fireworks policy. You'll also assist with general security issues while maintaining a positive, customer-service-oriented approach. Responsibilities Patrol the resort during overnight hours (9:00 PM - 3:00 AM) Enforce quiet hours and resolve excessive noise complaints Enforce our no-fireworks policy Respond to guest concerns in a friendly, professional manner Monitor the property for safety and security issues Document incidents and communicate with management as needed Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Calm, confident, and professional under pressure Ability to de-escalate situations respectfully Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Security, hospitality, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus, but not required This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being outdoors, and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for our guests.
Part-time:
Fridays & Saturdays (additional nights may be available). Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

From $25.00 per hour
