Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises. Duties Construction site at retail location. Monitor and patrol assigned areas (INDOOR) to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular surveillance to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Document incidents and prepare reports as required for management review. Collaborate with law enforcement when needed during investigations or emergencies. Manage conflicts effectively, using conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate situations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is preferred. NYS Guard card is

REQUIRED.

Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is advantageous. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
