Your Role:

Create a concierge-level first impression by greeting every guest graciously, managing door flow, and maintaining a polished, welcoming presence. Secure people, product, and property by discreetly observing sales floors, fitting rooms, and stock areas while deterring theft without disrupting the shopping experience. Respond professionally to alarms, medical situations, or disorderly conduct swiftly and calmly, following AG Security and client protocols. Document accurately by completing concise incident and daily activity reports for store and corporate follow-up. Collaborate with store teams to coordinate VIP visits, crowd control for product launches, and lock-up procedures. Represent the brand through impeccable uniform, posture, and communication that reflect a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications:

Valid New York State Security Guard License with current 8-hour and 16-hour certificates. Minimum six months of security, hospitality, or retail experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability for weekends, holidays, and occasional evening store events. High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional loss prevention or customer service training is a plus.
