In this role, you will monitor premises, enforce safety protocols, and provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff alike. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be essential in deterring threats, managing conflicts, and ensuring smooth operations across our facilities. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards Enforce access control procedures by verifying credentials and managing entry points for visitors, staff, and contractors Manage conflict situations with professionalism, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate issues Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping purposes Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Familiarity with security procedures, access control systems, and basic emergency response protocols Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts and handle stressful situations effectively Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone feels protected!
