Job Summary The Armed Security Agent provides high-level protective services, threat mitigation, and asset protection for assigned client locations within Saratoga County. This role is reserved for elite professionals with a background in public safety, defense, or tactical security operations. Agents must remain highly adaptable, exercising flawless judgment and strict adherence to New York State laws and Saratoga Springs local safety ordinances.

Key Responsibilities Armed Protective Patrols:

Conduct rigorous foot and vehicle patrols of perimeters, high-value zones, and client facilities to deter criminal activity, sabotage, or unauthorized entry.

Incident Response & Mitigation:

Respond immediately to active security threats, alarms, medical crises, and emergency situations with professional tactical response protocols.

Access Control:

Monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) arrays, manage complex entry/exit tracking systems, and thoroughly vet personnel, contractors, and visitors.

Reporting & Documentation:

Utilize excellent writing skills to generate clear, precise, and legally sound Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and detailed Incident Reports for client management and local law enforcement.

Community Interfacing:

Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor while enforcing strict site standards of conduct

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Mandatory previous experience in Law Enforcement (municipal, state, or federal) and/or Military Service (with an honorable discharge).

Mobility:

Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Scheduling:

Flexibility to adapt to non-standard hours, including night shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-ins.

Licensing & Permits:

Active New York State Armed Guard License OR active current status as a New York Law Enforcement Officer. Valid New York State (or NY City) Concealed Carry Permit .
