AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at a front desk within a healthcare and pharmaceutical location by following site-specific procedures, visitor-management protocols, and security-related policies.

Greet, screen, and direct visitors, contractors, and employees; verify identification and credentials; and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site requirements.

Monitor access to the facility, issue visitor badges and/or access credentials as authorized, and help to deter unauthorized entry by reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

Answer phones, provide directions and general site information, maintain a professional front-desk presence, and communicate relevant security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

A York State Security Guard License is required.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
