AM What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors at a front desk within a healthcare location while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Greet and direct visitors, manage visitor access processes, issue temporary credentials as applicable, and maintain accurate visitor records.

Monitor access points, observe lobby activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry through professional presence and adherence to access-control procedures.

Respond to incidents, medical-related events, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed by site procedures.

Receive and route calls, provide general information, document security-related activities, and communicate relevant concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Possess a valid York State Security Guard License.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
