Building Attendant:
R esident services Greets prospective and existing residents and assists them. Answers all phone calls/takes messages and/or directs to the right department. Assists residents with various needs
  • resident issues, key entry, etc.
Delivers flyers, notices, & related materials to residents. Brings in packages from vestibule and places in appropriate package location. Monitors the daily sign-in sheets. Notifies maintenance of any maintenance related requests from residents. Security + Safety Monitoring Responsible for monitoring all activities after hours. Patrols all amenity areas and check the parking lot for any activity. Patrols all hallways, checking to ensure that all entry doors and windows are locked and secured. Checks all lighting and any maintenance issues that need to be addressed; reports to Maintenance and/or Management. Responsible for responding to residents' requests and emergencies. Notifies Property Manager/on-call Maintenance of all problems and potential issues. Completes daily log of property and activity. Keeps work areas clean, orderly, and safe. Handles received fire calls and directs Fire Department upon arrival. Job Overview +

Physical Requirements :
standing or sitting for long periods of time.
Required Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent experience in security, specifically an overnight shift.
Required Experience :
2+ years in customer service, security, hospitality or a related field. Experience working overnight shifts is preferred. Working knowledge of building security systems and basic computer skills for documenting incidents, maintaining visitor records, and handling communication.
Certifications :
Security Guard License/Card preferred.
Qualities:
