Part-Time About the Role At Coastal International Security, we don't just provide security - we represent presence, professionalism, and the poise expected in five-star environments. Our Guest Safety Ambassadors are the face of both Coastal and the client, blending safety awareness with elevated guest service to ensure every encounter is smooth, respectful, and on standard. This position is ideal for candidates with both hospitality and security experience , who understand that appearance, tone, and demeanor are as important as vigilance and judgment. All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of onboarding, licensing, and appearance verification in accordance with Coastal and client standards. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism. Maintain five-star posture, grooming, and presentation consistent with client standards. Uphold a polished, confident, and approachable presence at all times. Monitor access points and surveillance systems discreetly. Conduct detailed property patrols and maintain accurate reports. Enforce site safety and guest-service protocols consistently and respectfully. De-escalate situations with composure and sound judgment. Partner with hotel management, law enforcement, or emergency responders when required.
Qualifications Required:
Proven experience in hospitality, guest services, or professional security . Active New York Security License (Guard Card). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and strong command presence. Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and accountability. Ability to stay composed under pressure and maintain client-facing poise. CPR Required First Aid, or de-escalation training preferred.
ScheduleAvailability Part-time:
11pm-7am Weekend and holiday availability required. Important Note Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all onboarding, licensing, and uniform/appearance verification requirements in accordance with Coastal and client presentation standards.
