PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted and sensitive areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and key access points, with attention to security-related conditions that may vary across the location. Document daily activities, visitor information, and unusual events, and support incident reporting and follow-up in accordance with post orders and client-facing procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
