Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Intervention Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and help maintain an orderly environment for patients and visitors.

Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while maintaining confidentiality of patient and facility information.

Minimum Requirements:

Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.

Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
