Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Grounds Monitoring in Reynoldsburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to shoppers and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, stockroom areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns according to site-specific procedures.

Support a welcoming retail environment by providing directions, assisting with crowd and queue management, and communicating professionally with store personnel and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
