One Security Company is looking for professional, customer service-minded individuals to join our unarmed security team in Coos Bay, Oregon. Applicants must be willing and able to work all shifts (overnight, swing, and day) and must be willing to work sites in Coos Bay, North Bend, Reedsport, and Coquille areas.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED

. All training is done in house. We ensure our employees receive the training necessary to excel in any situation. The ideal candidate will be someone who is able to work with all types of individuals in different settings, be able to think clearly and pay attention to detail, and have strong customer service skills. Responsibilities Monitor and authorize entrance or exit of vehicles and people traveling in/out of the location Ensure site is left in proper conditions at the end of operations Observe people for unsafe or unruly activity and maintain a safe environment Respond to requests for service and information Use good decision making to ensure property rules are followed Provide complete and accurate reports of all events and interactions

Schedule:

12 hour shift 8 hour shift Must be available to work: Day shift Evening shift Night shift Weekends and Holidays Availability to work all shifts and locations is an essential part of this position. No experience is required, One Security Company will train the right individuals and assist in getting all required certifications.
