Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches, following established emergency response procedures. Write clear, detailed incident reports documenting any security-related occurrences or irregularities. Utilize conflict management and de-escalation techniques to handle disputes calmly and professionally while maintaining safety. Experience Prior experience in security, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of surveillance technology, access control systems, and physical security practices is essential. Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and Taser use is preferred. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Strong skills in incident report writing, conflict de-escalation, and emergency response procedures are crucial for success in this role. Experience with performing background checks and working within security regulations enhances your suitability for the position.
