In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas, monitoring security systems, and ensuring the safety of personnel and property. Your proactive approach and keen observation skills will help prevent incidents and respond effectively to emergencies, creating a secure atmosphere for everyone on site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your security expertise in a fast-paced, energetic environment while making a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to monitor for suspicious activity, hazards, or security breaches Operate access control systems to verify authorized entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and contractors Maintain detailed incident reports, log entries, and patrol records accurately and promptly Respond swiftly to emergency situations following established procedures, including first aid or evacuation protocols Perform background checks on visitors or vendors as required to ensure compliance with security policies Utilize surveillance equipment to observe activity in real-time and identify potential security threats Engage with visitors and staff courteously while enforcing security regulations and conflict de-escalation techniques Skills Strong surveillance skills with the ability to detect unusual or suspicious behavior Background knowledge in law enforcement or military experience is highly advantageous Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and emergency response procedures Experience with manual handling and heavy lifting to assist in emergency or logistical situations Proficiency in incident report writing with clear, detailed documentation skills Familiarity with access control systems and physical security measures Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management and conflict de-escalation abilities Knowledge of fire safety protocols, Taser operation (if applicable), and compliance with security regulations Ability to perform background checks and conduct thorough security assessments as needed Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with law enforcement or emergency responders Join us in creating a safer environment through vigilant patrols, proactive engagement, and dedicated service.
