Unarmed Security Guard Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable, professional, and licensed Unarmed Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of our personnel, guests, and property. The ideal candidate maintains a high level of vigilance, strong conflict-deescalation skills, and a professional demeanor at all times.
Work Schedule & Shifts Monday-Friday:
1 Guard needed | 4:30 PM
•12:00 AM (16:30-00:00)
Saturday-Sunday:
2 Guards needed | Shift options starting at 9:00 AM
•4:30 PM (09:00-16:30) and 4:30 AM
•12:00 AM (16:30-00:00) Key Responsibilities Maintain a visible, security presence to deter illegal or unauthorized activities.
Access control:
Monitor entry/exit points and check credentials or passes as required. Patrol premises regularly to prevent security breaches, vandalism, or trespassing. Rapidly respond to incidents, emergencies, or disruptive behavior using appropriate de-escalation techniques. Coordinate effectively with team members and local law enforcement when necessary. Complete detailed shift logs and incident reports as needed. Requirements & Qualifications Active Armed Security Officer License/Permit (in accordance with state/local regulations). Valid firearm permit and ownership of an approved firearm/gear. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military preferred. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong communication, situational awareness, and interpersonal skills. Must be dependable, punctual, and available to work weekend late-night hours.
Pay:
