All candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This requirement is essential for positions that involve driving as part of the job responsibilities.

AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business location, office areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or potential concerns. Monitor access points and verify credentials as required, helping to support authorized entry to aerospace and defense-related administrative areas. Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
