Located just 3 miles outside Philadelphia PA on the Main Line, AMH serves fans of the western suburbs and Philly proper alike, and hosts programming ranging from rock & roll to funk, jam, roots, adult contemporary, hip hop, Americana and everything in between. Job Description Supervise and coordinate daily security activities, including team supervision, guest safety, and incident response. Train new security team members Put together standard operating procedures for the security team and ensure implementation Hold security team members accountable for standard operating procedures Implement security response plan for different scenarios Respond swiftly to emergencies by executing emergency response procedures such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, fire safety protocols, and heavy lifting when necessary. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities for internal review and legal compliance. Perform conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety. Conduct regular patrols of the venue to identify vulnerabilities or suspicious activity, ensuring physical security measures are upheld. Ensure a safe guest experience for our patrons Experience Significant security and/or public-safety experience Demonstrated leadership and team-training experience Strong de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain/renew prior to beginning Knowledge of emergency and evacuation procedures Excellent judgment and communication skills Ability to remain composed in fast-moving situations Ability to work nights, weekends and event-driven schedules Ability to perform the physical requirements of venue work, including standing for extended periods and assisting with furniture/equipment movement Join us as a Security Lead where your expertise will help create a safe environment for everyone while advancing your career in a fast-paced music setting!
