Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Risk Mitigation Patrol in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. $16.50 / Hour At least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of general security experience.

AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, office spaces, parking areas, loading docks, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security-related incidents to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Maintain clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with on-site personnel and first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
