Duties Patrol designated areas regularly to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches using CCTV systems and physical inspections Control access points by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring only authorized personnel enter secure zones Respond promptly to security alarms or incidents, assessing situations with calm confidence and taking appropriate action Enforce safety protocols and conduct conflict management procedures when necessary to de-escalate tense situations Provide first aid or CPR in emergency scenarios until professional medical help arrives Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies, providing detailed reports of incidents Maintain comprehensive logs of daily activities, security breaches, and incident reports for accountability and review Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service or related fields with a focus on physical security operations Valid certification in CPR and First Aid; additional certifications in surveillance or CCTV operation are highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and emergency response protocols Ability to stand or walk for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and emergency responders Join us as an Armed Security Guard and be part of a committed team dedicated to creating a secure environment.
