Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity and detect suspicious behavior Verify the identity of visitors and contractors, ensuring proper authorization before granting access Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations or security breaches Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes Enforce facility policies and safety regulations with professionalism and confidence Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to resolve issues efficiently Requirements Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR to handle medical emergencies confidently Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV for effective monitoring Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally Ability to perform basic loss prevention techniques to protect property assets Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail in surveillance and patrol duties Physical ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during shifts Join us in a role that values your dedication to safety!
