As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Emergency Patrol in Collegeville, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. Full Time Pay Rate:
$18.00 / Hour Security Experience (C114) Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in security roles. This includes, but is not limited to: Physical security management Surveillance operations Risk assessment and mitigation Emergency response planning Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) Candidates must demonstrate experience in access control systems, including: Issuing and managing employee badges Monitoring access points and ensuring compliance with security protocols Familiarity with electronic access control systems and software

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical or petrochemical location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, process-area perimeters, and other assigned locations. Monitor for unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and potential hazards, then report observations through established site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as directed. Control access for employees, contractors, and visitors in accordance with site requirements, including verification of credentials and documentation of entries and exits.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
