$18.00 / Hour Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) : Familiarity with managing access control systems and issuing badges is essential for maintaining a secure environment.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at a chemical/petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, restricted-area concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, process-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access control points, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report access-related concerns to site leadership. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least two years of security-related experience. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
