$17.50 / Hour Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes, but is not limited to: Navigating operating systems and software applications.

Utilizing email and communication tools effectively.

Performing basic troubleshooting for common technical issues. Customer Service Experience (B219):

Candidates must possess prior customer service experience.

This includes:

Engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Demonstrating strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to customers, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail grocery location.

Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, manage visitor and vendor entry, and help maintain orderly access to restricted areas.

Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the store, receiving areas, employee entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.

Maintain accurate activity logs, access records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
