The Cheltenham School District announces the following support staff position(s) are available for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Title:
SCHOOL SAFETY OFFICER
Reports To:
District Security Manager and Building Principal FLSA Status:
Non-exempt
Grade/Tier:
Security/200 Days
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the District Security Manager and the Building Principal, works to enhance the safety of the school environment through observation, prevention, and resolution of all possible conflicts as outlined by school district policy.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
Experience with monitoring and/or supervising students in an educational setting.
Experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
