Concordia at SpiriTrust UTZ- Hanover is seeking a dependable and attentive Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This position is responsible for monitoring the community, responding to emergencies, and assisting with safety-related duties throughout the facility. Current availability : We are hiring a Full-Time Evening Security Officer.

Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled security rounds inside and outside of the buildings Respond promptly to fire alarms and resident emergency calls Monitor the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors Assist with snow removal and keep exit walkways clear during and after snowstorms Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards Report safety concerns, incidents, or suspicious activity appropriately

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Previous security experience preferred Strong communication and observation skills Ability to respond calmly and professionally in emergency situations Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented Why work for us?
