Job Description As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Hershey, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout food and beverage production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.

Prepare accurate activity reports and promptly communicate observed hazards, policy violations, and unusual conditions to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
