As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol / Access Control in Imperial, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service. You will use technology to document observations and communicate security-related concerns while supporting a welcoming environment. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel. Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Loss Prevention experience is preferred. Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
