$20.00 / Hour Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) : Familiarity with managing access control systems and issuing badges is essential for maintaining a secure environment. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) : Proficiency in using technology is crucial for monitoring systems and reporting incidents effectively. Customer Service Experience (B219) : Strong customer service skills are vital for interacting with the public and ensuring a positive experience while maintaining security protocols.

AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, parking, yard, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and delivery activity; verify credentials and report irregularities according to site procedures. Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications for security-related observations and events.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
