As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support daily operations through teamwork, reliability, integrity, and a people-first approach.

AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, warehouse access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required incident documentation.

Maintain awareness of vehicle and pedestrian traffic around shipping and receiving operations, reporting hazardous conditions, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
