11:00pm-7:00am Responsibilities Provide a professional security presence at assigned client site Patrol premises, monitor access points, and report safety or security concerns Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports via Belfry Software Respond to emergencies and enforce site policies and procedures Maintain communication with clients, supervisors, and fellow officers Follow all company and site-specific security protocols Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and work in various environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Flexible availability for shifts that vary by client needs Required to attend an in-person orientation prior to being scheduled for any shifts Military veterans and active duty members receive an additional $0.25/hour bonus

Compensation Overtime:

Paid for any hours over 40 hours per week , weighted according to applicable law Full-Time (30+ hours/ week): Health Benefits after 60 days.

Paid Time Off:
