As a Security Guard Full Time Mobile Response Driver in Kutztown, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic industrial campus, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license.   • C123) All candidates must possess a valid driver's license.
This is essential for roles that require driving as part of the job responsibilities. Candidates are required to provide a copy of their driver's license during the application process. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively. Customer Service Experience (B219) Candidates should have prior customer service experience. This experience is crucial for roles that involve direct interaction with clients and customers. Candidates are encouraged to provide detailed information about their customer service background in their resumes and during interviews.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and activities completed during the shift.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
