As part of our team, you'll perform access control, routine foot patrols, ensure protection of our client's assets, monitor property access, and maintain a secure environment while upholding the standards of Cardinal Point Security Group.

$18.00 per hour

Lancaster, PA 17601

Schedule:

Shift is 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM - weekend work will be required. Availability to work on the weekend as scheduled is a requirement

Duties & Responsibilities:

Be an Ambassador for

Cardinal Point Security Group:

Be punctual and professional, maintain a sharp appearance in proper uniform, stay engaged and provide consistent, reliable service.

Access Control:

Man, and monitor entrances and exits

Foot Patrol:

Perform thorough foot patrols as required by the assignment.

Route Schedule:

Follow a set patrol route via foot or vehicle and adhere to the schedule. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or suspicious activity, following established protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and activities. Collaborate with on-site management and emergency services as needed

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of security experience; prior experience in a related field is preferred.

Driving Experience:

Minimum five years of driving experience with no infractions.

High School Diploma or GED Background Requirements:

Completion of State and Federal criminal background checks. No felony or misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude. Must be able to pass a mandatory drug screen

Skills:

Strong observational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure.

Physical Requirements:

Capability to operate a vehicle for extended periods of time. Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking and standing during patrols.
