A Security Supervisor manages overall security operations within a business. Reviews and organizes staffing levels of Security Officers to maintain full coverage of posts. Trains new officers and works with officers to develop safety plans for buildings the monitor, including lock down plans. May monitor electronic surveillance equipment.

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service is always your top priority. You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location. You provide rapid response in critical situations. You're good with reading and writing detailed reports. You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards. Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office. Must consistently maintain an excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards in accordance with BEST Crowd Management standards. Must be accountable and possess the ability to hold subordinate officers accountable. Leadership or management experience required. Must be personable and have soft skills. Must Possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one (if required by local regulations).
Your background:
You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process You have Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement supervisory experience of at least 2 years or more
