Armed/Unarmed Security Officer Lock Haven, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22835732 Summary Lock Haven, PA Hybrid Competitive Salary 2 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Rotation Shift / Full-Time Description Security Officer - Armed (Pennsylvania - VetForce Inc) The Armed and Unarmed Security Officer is tasked with conducting protection for a large client in the Lock Haven, PA area. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support directly to the client and staff, as well as safeguarding client assets. Officers must work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and be able to at times work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities. Armed and Unarmed Security Officers are expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client, and actively support the organization's mission. Potential candidates must recognize the strong importance of working as a team, and as a veteran-owned business, we expect our team members to understand the brotherhood and sisterhood that is often displayed in the military community.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Must Safeguard All Assets. Static Operations Reports to leadership with detailed updates and information. Safeguards and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information. Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments. Conducts protective advance operations. Perform Counter Surveillance during operations. Follow company and client-directed SOP's. Operates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner. Monitor Surveillance Cameras Conduct Mobile and/or Foot Patrols Conducting Searches of Persons and/or
Belongings Requirements:
Current ACT 235 (must be able to obtain). Current PA Concealed Carry. 2 years or more of experience in armed security operations. Ability to work nights and weekends, and holidays as required. Must be on time, prompt, and honor regularly assigned work schedules. Military Experience preferred - Honorably Discharged.
DD - 214
is required Ability to work autonomously. Have an operational understanding of today's technology across all platforms. Strong writing and interpersonal skills. Possess a valid and current driver's license
Operations:
Any and all prior training certificates, military credentials, law enforcement credentials, and education documents will be required to be produced in order to be considered for the position. Full and part time positions available. Additional Details
