Supervise and lead onsite security officers during assigned shifts. Schedule, train, coach, and mentor security personnel. Ensure all posts are properly staffed and officers arrive on time and in proper uniform. Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with company and client policies. Complete incident reports, shift reports, and daily activity logs accurately and on time. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and customer concerns professionally. Coordinate with client management and Gregg Protection leadership regarding operational needs. Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new security officers when needed.
Qualifications:
Previous security supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required. High School Diploma or GED required. Why Join Gregg Protection Services?
