AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and direct individuals to appropriate areas of the healthcare location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site requirements. Complete detailed shift reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
