We are looking for a security professional with experience or the ability to: Manage a large client and 1500 man hours per week Train, supervise and place security officers. Be available when needed Be dependable and reliable Must have: Professional in appearance / communication We offer: Competitive starting salary $22.50 hr Medical / Dental and vison / PTO Responsibilities Oversee security operations and ensure compliance and a safe environment for all personnel and visitors. Manage conflict resolution and respond to incidents effectively. Effective communication with assigned clients to ensure service delivery. Interview and hire security officers and supervisors. Manage payroll input. Maintain accurate records and reports related to security activities. Manage Overtime and scheduling of assigned accounts.
