As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to employees, visitors, and guests. $17.62 / Hour Proof of High School Diploma/GED (C137): All candidates must provide valid documentation proving the completion of a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.

Acceptable forms of proof include:

Official high school transcripts GED certificate State-issued diploma Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) Candidates must demonstrate prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with security protocols and procedures related to employee access within corporate environments. CPR Certification (B205) All candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. This certification should be current and recognized by a reputable organization. Proof of certification must be submitted during the application process.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with access control procedures and reporting unusual conditions or policy violations. Prepare clear, accurate reports on incidents, patrol activities, and observed conditions in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR/First Aid is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
