As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will interact professionally with employees and visitors while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. $20.00 / Hour Proof of High School Diploma or GED (C137): Candidates are required to provide valid documentation verifying the completion of their high school education or equivalent. Acceptable forms of proof include a high school diploma, GED certificate, or official transcripts. Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems or badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes basic software applications, email communication, and data entry. Customer Service Experience (B219): Candidates should possess relevant customer service experience, showcasing their ability to interact positively with clients and resolve issues effectively.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-related location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access activity, verify visitor credentials as directed, and report access-control concerns or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate. Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
