1st shift 8am to 4pm Sat & Sunday—Every other weekend. 2nd shift 4pm to midnight Sat & Sun. 3rd shift Midnight Friday till 8am Saturday & 3rd Shift Midnight Saturday till 8am Sunday.

Summary:

As a Security Officer you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents and staff. This position is essential in maintaining a safe environment that aligns with our community's commitment to providing exceptional living experiences.

Responsibilities:

Monitor premises to prevent and respond to security breaches or emergencies. Conduct regular patrols of the community to ensure safety and security of residents and property. Manage access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as needed. Maintain surveillance through CCTV systems, documenting any suspicious activities. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to ensure community safety. Provide assistance and guidance to residents regarding safety protocols and procedures. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Qualifications Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is preferred. Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle challenging situations. Familiarity with surveillance systems including CCTV is an asset. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents and staff.
