Job Duties
Provide professional security services in accordance with site Post Orders and company policies.
Conduct interior/exterior patrols and monitor assigned areas.
Identify and report security threats, hazards, unsafe conditions, and emergencies.
Perform site-specific security and customer service duties, including lobby/visitor reception, loss prevention, loading dock, and elevator security as assigned.
Prepare accurate, detailed incident reports and notify appropriate personnel of incidents or unusual activity.
Respond to incidents in accordance with Post Orders and company Use of Force policies.
Follow all company and site procedures, training requirements, attendance standards, and customer service expectations.
Perform other security and support duties as directed by management or the client.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of professional experience preferred; security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear, concise reports.
Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
Ability to de-escalate situations and exercise sound judgment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Reliable transportation required.
Ability to work effectively with clients, supervisors, coworkers, and the public.
Requirements
Successful completion of criminal, credit, and motor vehicle background checks.
Successful completion of all applicable client, company, and jurisdictional requirements.
Completion of required company and site training.
